We would like to introduce a cost reduction case from a manufacturer that has a production process for aluminum vapor-deposited films used in food packaging. The company faced the challenge of wanting to dispose of reactive aluminum scrap safely and at a low cost. In response, we proposed rapid incineration treatment to deactivate the reactivity. Since there is no stagnation in the process from collection to incineration volume reduction, there is no risk of reactivity during long-term storage.
